TAKE BEFORE PICTURES

Before you try B-Lite. You need to document your progress so take pictures and record your weight and measurements too.

• Always start by taking your all over body measurements and do a weigh-in on a weekly basis to record your progress. If you chose not to measure, get a set of clothing, pants and shirt, that fits tightly and use those as a guide.  Remember it is not always about the pounds; it’s ultimately how your clothes fit.

• Take B4 pictures…front, side and back…and a picture of the scale with your actual weight. (Shorts for women and a sports bra.) Don’t worry; you don’t have to show anyone.  This is for you. Just tuck it away and in 30 days take another set.  When you compare the two sets, you will be surprised with the 30-day transformation!  And your friends will notice the difference too!

• You need to make sure you are drinking plenty of water, at least, ½ your body weight in ounces. You need to make sure it is reverse osmosis or distilled water as all the others contain fluoride which is toxic and interferes with weight loss too. You can get them in gallon jugs at most grocery stores. And don’t forget to add a pinch of Himalayan salt for each gallon to replace minerals.

When you receive your eSample Try-Me-Pac, you should have enough to get you through 3 to 6 days.  Within 30 minutes you should feel the effects and want more.
