How to Accelerate Weight Loss & Improve Overall Health:

If you want things to go faster or you’re stuck and want to break through a plateau try these B-Products tips and tricks.

1.  Drink and cook in only FLUORIDE FREE R/O filtered water or Distilled water with a pinch of “pink” salt added per gallon to add essential minerals. Carry your water with you during the day in STAINLESS or GLASS water bottles. Drink half your body weight in ounces per day – the colder the better.

2.  Switch to a FLUORIDE FREE TOOTHPASTE/ MOUTHWASH like Nature’s Gate, Dr. Bronner’s or Dr. Mercola’s

3.  Switch to STAINLESS STEEL, CERAMIC, CAST IRON or GLASS POTS and PANS. No Teflon (fluoride) or Nonstick aluminum or copper combos.

4.  A hot shower in fluoridated/chlorinated water will slow down your thyroid and tax your immune system. Install a SHOWER FILTER (like Aquasana) and USE WARM WATER to lower the inhaled gases and spare your thyroid and lungs from further damage.

5.  TAKE 1 or 2 DAYS OFF B-LITE EVERY 7 to 10 days to rest and recharge the adrenals. Drink a little ORGANIC COFFEE and TEA if you need a little buzz to get things done and ward off any caffeine withdrawal headaches. Rest is the key. I hate this day.

6.  Charge your immune system batteries with Vitamin D by getting direct sunshine for 20 minutes 3 x per week. DO NOT use toxic skin cancer CAUSING SUNSCREENS! Gardening is great for this!

7.  SLEEP IN TOTAL DARKNESS. Keep phones an arm’s length away. Unplug the Wi-Fi, turn off the wireless printers and laptops to keep the constant microwave signals from interrupting your melatonin production and disrupting essential deep sleep. The same for baby monitors and desk phones. Your bedroom should be a MICROWAVE-FREE SANCTUARY.

8.  Do not use wireless headphones of any kind and learn to USE TEXT or SPEAKERS to ANSWER PHONES. Never carry your phone in your top/bra pocket or front pockets. If you must use an earpiece or headphones make sure they are “Bluetube”, not Bluetooth. The close range microwave energy causes slow cancers (gliomas) that tax and drain your immune system which can stall weight loss and energy availability.

9.  DON’T CONSUME any other PRODUCTS at the SAME TIME containing MAGNESIUM STEARATE or STEARIC ACID which may block the ingredients in our products from working their hardest.

10.  EAT CERTIFIED ORGANIC FOOD as much as possible. This alone will make a huge difference in all categories of detox and energy levels and breakthrough any slowdown of your health and fitness goals.
